Delve into the nutritional science of aging with grace and strength. \nSamantha Patterson – Music and Movement Therapist \nBio – Samantha holds a Master’s degree in Music and Movement Therapy and a Sports Movement degree and has worked for many YMCA locations\, retiring in 2015. Each YMCA involved extensive training in particular elements of fitness and well-being\, such as yoga\, Pilates\, aerobics\, weight training and Healthy Back programs. The Riverside YMCA afforded an opportunity to collaborate with the Arthritis Foundation in programs such as Chair Aerobics\, Water Tai Chi and Chair Yoga.
