The Blue Jay Jazz Foundation’s vision is to enhance the community through the presentation of world-class jazz entertainment and by providing youth residing in the Lake Arrowhead Communities with instruments and year-round jazz education programs that encourage creative thought, self-confidence, and innovative communication.

To financially, physically, logically, or otherwise assist bands and their members, volunteers, and their directors with the musical activities of the bands; to engage in fund-raising activities to help achieve such purpose; to otherwise provide music education and support services consistent with 501 c (3) Internal Revenue Code.
